Since graduating from Simon Fraser University (PhD in criminology '88) Prof. Winterdyk has taught in the Dept. of Justice Studies at Mount Royal University (MRU – Calgary, Alberta). He holds several international adjunct positions in Canada, Namibia, and India. He has published extensively in the areas of youth justice, human trafficking, international criminal justice, and criminological theory.
